data-security-img-2Under the current Data Protection Act 1998, organisations that hold responsibility for using “personally identifiable information” are required to follow strict data protection principles and data protection laws.

Organisations are obliged to demonstrate compliance and upcoming changes in the form of the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation 2018 will see the addition of additional regulations and monitoring guidelines.  Access the Asckey Data Protection white paper for further information.
