Managers: 2 day Introduction to fmfirst® provides a full overview of system capability. The course prepares system managers and supervisors prior to system installation and implementation. Managers receive a full system overview and in addition, will be able to identify what training is required by other staff members. Also an effective refresher course to further enhance fmfirst® useage in support of more efficient FM operations.
Help Desk staff: 1 day Task Management course – focuses on fmfirst® Asset Management and Report modules.
Facilities Operatives: Using a “train the trainer” approach – facilities operatives can be trained internally by Managers after they have attended their course. However if required, we can offer a targeted 1 day course held either off or on-site at Asckey (depending on training requirements).

1 day courses specifically tailored to meet your requirements. fmfirst® module specific training is specifically designed for new staff or existing users requiring introductory or refresher training. Choose from modules including:

Fees start from approximately £530 per day for two people from the same Trust (only £265 per day per person) fully residential*.
What to expect
Our training sessions and bespoke workshops are highly interactive. Training focusses on your current working practices and priority operational areas. All training courses are prepared and delivered by our own specialist in-house trainers, subject experts who have been actively involved in the development, use and support of the systems being taught. Training delivery is covered within the scope of our regularly audited ISO 9001 accreditation, ensuring high quality delivery using fully validated training materials and verified course content.
We have discovered that the more successful courses are held at our location. This means we are able to provide on-site technical back-up and trainees are less likely to be distracted. *Our 2 day courses include B&B in the local Golf and Country Club, 2 nights evening meal and all lunches and refreshments during the training.
